Florida Management Professionals, Inc. is owned and operated by the Giessen Family, who has proudly served the Palm Beaches for more than 30 years. However, Florida Management Professionals' daily office operation is handled by three generations of family.  Michelle's mother, Carol Sue Wallace has been licensed in Real Estate for over forty years and still loves the business.  Michelle's daughter, Cara Tezanos is extremely well versed with computer technology and always searching for new ways to improve our present systems for the betterment of the office and communities we represent.  Heather Giessen, Michelle's daughter has recently decided to join the family business and will be pursuing her CAM license in the near future and is eager to grow the business.    Michelle Giessen, Cara Tezanos, Mark Giessen, and Carol Sue Wallace all have their Community Association Managers Licenses!

Michelle Giessen has been involved in all aspects of property management and she strives daily to keep the channels of operation running smoothly without upheavals, etc. Michelle is very knowledgeable due to her everyday dealing with Insurance Claims, etc. and she never gives up until there is no other direction to pursue!  Her husband, Uwe Giessen is self-taught in all the trades, ensuring that he and his crew can deliver basic maintenance no matter what problem is presented.  Employing a work ethic of "Do it right the first time," the Giessen’s and their team take the extra step to make sure every aspect of their work is a positive reflection of the company.​

 

Uwe Giessen also is known for his green thumb and spectacular lawn maintenance service.  The company's lawn maintenance division is headed by son, Mark, who rejoined the family business after serving 4 1/2 years with the United State Navy.  Mark has the same work ethic as his Father, Uwe Giessen; plus, Mark is very focused on making the Lawn Maintenance thrive and be even more successful.  The Giessen family, etc. are proud supporters of the Navy and all branches of the United States Armed Forces.  God bless this awesome country of ours!!!
